ANDA is a leading provider of Carrier Class Ethernet and wireless backhaul platforms that deliver cost-effective MEF-certified Metro Ethernet services over fiber, copper and wireless backhaul networks. Together, the Telco Systems and ANDA product lines leverage synergies between their complementary technologies. Ethernet over TDM products supporting IP/MPLS technology from ANDA and Telco Systems fiber-based edge switching and mobile backhaul aggregation solutions combine to offer a fully integrated range of carrier class, MEF certified Ethernet solutions. The acquisition will add ANDA's installed base of over 30,000 system platforms at Tier 1 carriers' networks in the US and Canada to Telco Systems' $2B worldwide installed base of service providers, mobile operators and cable MSOs.

Allowing next-generation fiber based networks with managed quality of service offerings to maximize bandwidth with incremental levels of Ethernet service while lowering operational and capital expenditures
 
 
 
OFF-Net:
Allowing rapid deployment of Ethernet service to business end-users on traditional legacy networks generating new revenue opportunities by extending carrier Ethernet service reach
 
 
 
Aggregation:
Allowing Ethernet traffic bundling with intelligent devices located at the multi-tenant buildings or at the Service Provider's POP or CO
