Currently the President and CEO of Meriton Networks, an Agile Optical Networking company, he previously served as President / CEO for PairGain Technologies until its sale to ADC Corporation in 2000. From 1986 to 1998, Mike held a variety of executive management positions at Newbridge Networks where he was President of Newbridge Networks Inc (US division), Executive VP of North and South America for Newbridge Networks Corporation, and Executive VP / GM at Newbridge Networks responsible for Canada, Latin America and Asia-Pacific. Prior to Newbridge he was General Manager of Rockwell International Canada - Telecom Division from 1983 to 1986. In his early years he worked for companies like Bell Northern Research, Northern Telecom and Mitel Corporation. Mr. Pascoe is a graduate from University of Waterloo in 1976 with BASc in Electrical Engineering. |

At Highland, Mr. Abaziou specialized in investments in network infrastructure and wireless innovation.

Mr. Abaziou was previously Vice President and General Manager of Ericsson IP Infrastructure and President and CEO of both Torrent Networking Technologies and Alcatel Data Networks. He has served as a board member or advisor to the French Foreign Commerce Ministry, George Washington University, the A. James Clark School of Engineering at the University of Maryland, the French-American Chamber of Commerce and California-based ANDA Networks. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from France's École Supérieure d'Électronique de l'Ouest. |

George Bruno

A 39-year veteran of the telecommunications industry, George Bruno worked for Mountain Bell for 26 years. His accomplishments there included building an outstanding sales and service organization, developing the business plan for the first Mountain Bell deregulated venture in its seven-state region, and serving as president of Mountain Bell Technologies, the forerunner of US West. Subsequently he served as president and CEO of Teleport Denver (now ICG), where he achieved profitability and helped grow that corporation into the major alternate access provider in the Rocky Mountain Area. Bruno later was president and CEO of CommServe Communications, where he guided the development and implementation of a five-year business plan for serving commercial properties in metropolitan Denver. |

Wu-Fu Chen

Mr. Chen is the founder and chairman of Acorn Campus, a Silicon Valley Incubator focused on the communication systems and components sector. He currently chairs several companies spanning the markets of optical switching / networking, multi-service access networking, SONET access, enhanced service software, high-end ATM chip technology and firewall/VPN devices. As one of the principal founders of ANDA Networks, Mr. Chen was instrumental in providing key product concepts which have been developed into ANDA's award winning next-generation platforms. |

A successful networking entrepreneur and venture incubator, Wu-Fu Chen is a widely recognized industry leader who has helped launch 11 successful networking companies in the past 15 years. Mr. Chen's prior experience includes new product development and staff scientist roles at Bytex Corporation and Wang Laboratories. Mr. Chen also was the vice president of Technologies at Cisco Systems responsible for leading Cisco's MC3810 Integrated Voice, Data & Video Access Concentrator product development. Mr. Chen's legendary insight into the telecommunications market has led him to found several successful networking industry companies. He is best known for his role as founder and vice president of engineering at Cascade Communications, and guided Cascade through its IPO in 1994 and on to the company's peak of nearly $10 Billion in market capitalization. Mr. Chen received a master of science in electrical engineering from the University of Florida, Gainesville; and a Bachelor of Science majoring in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University. |

Charles R. Kenmore

As president and CEO of ANDA Networks, Charles R. Kenmore leads the Silicon Valley-based provider of
Metro-Ethernet access products for carriers and service providers. A telecom industry veteran with more than 35 years of progressive responsibilities in senior executive and general management roles,
25 of which were as CEO, President or Vice President / GM, for major worldwide
wire line and wireless telecommunications carriers and network equipment
suppliers: fixed and mobile converged voice, internet, data, and streaming video
systems and services. He has established four start-up businesses within larger
companies and has successfully managed companies during prosperity and economic
downturns. For more than 10 years at ANDA, he has pioneered and refined a highly
capital efficient hybrid Silicon Valley-China business model that has delivered best-In-class
financial performance and engineering productivity.

Prior to joining ANDA Networks, Mr. Kenmore’s responsibilities included President of ADC
International; Vice President and General Manager of the international division Information
Systems Group at Motorola; founding head of Sprint International; and Vice-President and
General Manager of the international systems integration division at Comsat. He is a frequent
speaker at technology, investment banking, and institutional investor conferences. Mr.
Kenmore also serves on the board of TechNet, is a member of the executive committee of the
TIA Board, and is Chair of its Technology & Standards Committee. He is a 2008 recipient of
the CEA Digital Patriot Award.

Tony Sun

Mr. Sun, based in Menlo Park, focuses exclusively on information technology projects. Matthew J. Flanigan |

Mr. Flanigan has served as a member of ANDA board of directors since September 2007. Mr. Flanigan has also served as a Consultant and the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Electronics Industry Association, an electronics industry trade association, since May 2007. Prior to joining Electronics Industry Association, Mr. Flanigan served as the President of Telecommunications Industry Association, a telecommunications industry trade association, from April 1994 to December 2006. From April 1988 to January 1994, Mr. Flanigan served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cognitronics Corporation, a telecommunications manufacturing company where he had been employed in a variety of positions since July 1965. Mr. Flanigan holds an A.A.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Westchester Community College. Mr. Flanigan is also a director of Numerex Corporation, a publicly held fixed and mobile M2M wireless solutions company.

Michael Gorin

Mr. Gorin has served as a member of ANDA board of directors since July 2007.
Mr. Gorin is also a consultant to Aeroflex Incorporated, a microelectronic,
testing and measurement technology company, where he previously served in various management positions including as President,
Vice Chairman, Director and Chief Financial Officer from July 1985 to December 2005. Aeroflex was publicly held until August
2007 when it went private. Prior to Aeroflex, Mr. Gorin served as a Senior Vice President of Republic National Bank of New York, a commercial bank, from May 1980 to July 1985. He also served as a Partner, Manager and Staff Accountant at Arthur Andersen & Company, an accounting firm, from June 1963 to May 1980. Mr. Gorin holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Hofstra University. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1966. Mr. Gorin is also a director and the audit committee chair, of Limco-Piedmont Inc., a publicly held aviation component services company, and National R.V. Holdings, Inc.,
a publicly held recreational vehicle manufacturing company.
