Cost Accounting
Manager---United States
Position Overview:
The Cost Accounting Manager will manage costing duties, including but not
limited to, inventory analysis, variance analyses, cost standards, reserve
analyses and provide support to Operations Management with quality product cost
information to drive business performance through interactions with various
level of Management and Accounting Staff. The ideal candidate will have strong
analytical skills with a high level of interpersonal skills and able to work
across departments.
Responsiblities:
Partner with operational management to exercise financial influence in driving
cost effectiveness and help achieve measurable operating targets and goals set
by the corporation
Responsible for month end closing activities including journal entries,
analysis, verification, and preparation of supporting schedules
Analyze gross margin results and manufacturing/operation department spending
including allocations to cost of revenue
Responsible for the development of inventory variance analysis reports and
analyzing variances. Evaluate the calculation of labor and overhead rates
Prepare and direct the implementation of key cost accounting methods and
activities
Review standard manufacturing costs for accuracy. Work with operational
management to investigate and explain variances
Ensure inventory reconciliation is completed with accuracy and compliance with
internal and external audit requirements on a quarterly basis
Reconcile inventory analysis to subsidiary ledgers. Perform warranty reserve
analysis
Track consignment inventory, review stock movement requests from China C/M,
maintain paper trail for inventory release, prepare stockroom adjustment and
upload into ERP
Responsible for coordinating the physical inventory count and audit on a
quarterly basis with operational manager and the warehouse manager of China C/M
Responsible for the reconciling raw material inventory, work-in-process stock
and finished goods stock for consignment inventory residing in China. Perform
transaction level adjustments upon approval from management and maintain
documentation for each adjustment
Work with Supply Chain to analyze scrap, obsolete and excess inventory at each
reporting period end and prepare journal entries to support analysis
Ad-hoc project as required
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
CMA/CPA certification and/or MBA desirable
5 years experience in cost accounting and financial analysis in a manufacturing
environment
Strong analytical skill and excellent communicator
Proficient in computer modeling and excellent Excel skill
Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities effectively in order to meet
strict deadlines
Self-starter, require minimum supervisory directions
Mandarin speaking highly preferred

Financial
Reporting Manager---United States
Position Overview:
The Financial Reporting Manager will handle financial analysis, complete
internal financial reporting package and prepare external reporting including
quarterly and annual SEC reporting. The manager will coordinate schedules with
management, legal advisors and auditors and handle technical issues for proper
reporting, drive completion of SEC reporting on timely basis, and work with our
auditors to ensure issues are addressed properly. The position is an individual
contributor role and reports to the CFO.
Responsiblities:
Manage the SEC reporting process including preparation of 10K, 10Q, 8K, Proxy
Statement and other relevant documents
Review regulatory reports
Prepare financial statements for quarterly earnings release
Prepare monthly financial reporting package for executive management
Assist with coordination of quarterly reviews and annual audit process with
external auditors
Coordinate monthly and quarterly close with finance staff
Perform research on new accounting/SEC pronouncements and assess impact of
implementation on the overall business and more specifically accounting and
financial reporting processes
Assist in implementation of SOX
Assist in implementation of new accounting standards

Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA required
Expertise in SEC reporting
Solid knowledge of recent GAAP accounting

Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst---United States
Position Overview:
This position will be responsible for the financial planning, analysis, and reporting including developing and interpreting financial concepts

Responsiblities:
The position will take a lead role in FP&A activities including the following:

Senior Revenue Analyst---United States
Position Overview:
The Senior Revenue Analyst is responsible for ensuring that revenue is properly recognized in accordance with the company's revenue
recognition policy and US GAAP. This individual has a critical role in providing and analyzing revenue recognition information for the company
in a timely and accurate manner. The position reports to the Controller.
Responsiblities:
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliation relating to revenue recognition at month-end
Review nonstandard pricing/deal term proposals for revenue recognition and operational impact
Work closely with Sales and Operations departments on revenue recognition issues and associated sales contract structuring
Support senior management to analyze proper accounting treatment for deferred revenue, services work-in-progress and nonstandard deal

Senior Software Product Line Manager---United States
Position Overview:
A key product management position with a privately held networking company, offering an innovative metro Ethernet solution for ILECs,
CLECs, and PTTs.
Responsiblities:
The Software Product Line Manager is responsible for leading the definition and prioritization of product features and accompanying release
schedules for the companies EtherTone product family. The candidate will work closely with the product PLMs, Sales and Engineering to
ensure that the company's software streams are aligned to meet customer/market requirements while generating a positive ROI for the
company. Day-to-day functions include:
Identify customer requirements, competitive inroads and major market trends. Communicate this information to key internal functional

Candidates interested in this position should possess the following qualifications:
Technical/Experience Requirements:
A technical understanding of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking and routing protocols (i.e. Ethernet, IP, MPLS, OSPF) as well as SONET/SDH and
T-carrier/E-carrier networking concepts and software feature requirements
Working knowledge with Metro Ethernet Forum standards and marketplace
A demonstrated ability to learn new products/technologies and quickly provide leadership in the software development process, including a
structured product lifecycle process
A strong understanding of carrier network architectures used today to deliver data services (Frame Relay, Ethernet, and IP) as well as carrier
plans for migration to IP
A total of 5-10 years experience in the telecommunications or networking industry, in such positions as Product Management, Software

Prior supervisory/management experience a plus

Education:
