Charles R. Kenmore
President & CEO |
| |
As president and CEO of ANDA Networks, Charles R. Kenmore
leads the Silicon Valley-based low-cost provider of application-specific access
products for carriers and service providers. A telecom industry veteran
with more than 30 years of progressive responsibilities in senior executive and
general management roles, nineteen of which were as CEO, President or Vice
President / GM, Mr. Kenmore has directed domestic and international business,
marketing, sales, engineering, customer support, finance and operations
functions. He has established four start-up businesses within larger companies
and has successfully managed companies during prosperity and economic downturns. |

Prior to joining ANDA Networks, Mr. Kenmore's most recent
responsibilities included president of ADC International; vice president and
general manager of the international division of the information systems group
at Motorola; founding head of Sprint International; and vice-president and
general manager of the international systems integration division at Comsat. He
is a frequent speaker at investment banking and institutional investor
conferences. Mr. Kenmore also serves on the board of TechNet and is a member of
CEO Council of TIA. |

| Greg S.
Gum
Vice President of Marketing & Business Development |

As the Vice President - Marketing & Business Development,
Greg Gum manages ANDA's overall product strategy, marketing and development
plans, marketing communications, PR, and business development activities
including channel development, OEM relationships and strategic partnerships. |

Mr. Gum brings over 20+ years of product marketing and
business development expertise in both start-up and Fortune 500 companies.
Before joining ANDA, Mr. Gum was the Owner & founder of Tsunami Ventures
International a consulting and early stage investment firm focused on networking
and software companies. Prior to his investment firm, Mr. Gum was the Vice
President of Business Development at Ishoni Networks a $65M communications
semiconductor start-up (acquired by Philips). Formerly an Executive Director at
USWEST (acquired by QWEST), Mr. Gum managed corporate investments for the
Telco's Internet Investment Fund and held several management positions
including: ADSL, Frame Relay, ATM, Private line, Customer Premise Equipment
(CPE) product management and corporate strategic planning functions. Mr. Gum
holds a BA/MAPREP degree in Sociology & Statistics from the University of
Minnesota and has completed the Wharton School of Business Executive Program. |

Frank Y. Ou
Vice President of Engineering |

Mr. Ou is an accomplished leader of engineering teams with
over 15 years of experience in hardware and software design, system analysis,
system and architecture design, and engineering management. At ANDA he
directs the engineering team that developed & enhanced the EtherTone™ and UAP
platforms, as well as optimized and leveraged ANDA platform strengths to provide
exceptional value for key telecommunication applications. |

Prior to joining ANDA, Mr. Ou was Hardware Manager at
Verilink Corp., where among other accomplishments, he successfully managed,
architected and contributed to the design of the HDSL CSU and channelized DS3
CSU for the AS2000 platform. Previously, Mr. Ou had designed PowerPC and
multiprocessor systems at Parallan Computer, Inc, and had helped develop
fault-tolerant computers at Everex Systems, Inc. |

Robert Tick
Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Mr. Tick is responsible for finance, accounting,
information technology and legal related activities. |

Mr. Tick has more than 15 years of accounting and finance
experience in both public accounting and start-up companies. Before joining
ANDA, he was the Corporate Controller of Zambeel, Inc., an enterprise-class
network-attached storage start-up and T-RAM Semiconductor Inc., a fabless
semiconductor start-up. Prior to Zambeel, he held various senior financial
management positions at WaferTech, a $1.2 billion joint venture semiconductor
foundry manufacturing start-up subsequently acquired by TSMC. Mr. Tick began
his career in public accounting and has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers. He
is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and
Finance and an M.B.A. |

Keith Zalenski
Vice President of Global Sales |

Mr. Zalenski manages ANDA Networks' worldwide sales teams
focused on top-tier global carrier customers. With over 16 years of
telecommunications sales and business development experience, he has led ANDA's
sales efforts to double digit growth with several large Tier 1 carriers such as
Verizon and Bell Canada to establish ANDA's leadership position in the Ethernet
Access market. |

Mr. Zalenski began his professional career at Motorola
where he developed a multi-million dollar transnational business with Motorola
de Mexico. Prior to joining ANDA Networks, Mr. Zalenski held Sales Management
positions with Verilink Corporation and Proteon. Mr. Zalenski is a graduate of
the University of Georgia and has a bachelor's degree in business
administration. |

Brian Friedland
Director of Quality & Configuration Validation Testing
Groups |
| |
As Director of Quality of ANDA Networks, Brian Friedland
oversees the quality programs throughout the company. As Director of the
Configuration Validation Group, he maintains complete visibility of all facets
of quality and product functionality: Hardware, Software, and Manufacturing. |

Mr. Friedland developed in-depth telecommunications test
engineering expertise while working for Telco Systems and Verilink Corporation.
In addition to his activities at ANDA, he serves as a Major in the United States
Army Reserves. |

Qin Yi
General Manager of ANDA Wuhan |
| |
As General Manager of ANDA Wuhan, Qin Yi directs the
activities of ANDA's Wuhan, China operation, managing the engineering staff that
performs bench-level circuit design and product development, including
prototypes. |

Prior to joining ANDA Networks, Mr. Qin was the Chairman of
the Board of Wuhan Snow City Communication, the premier optical research company
in China, which ANDA acquired the research and development team and intellectual
properties in December, 2000. Mr. Qin has over 18 years of experience in the
design and development of optical communication systems and previously headed
the SDH research section at the Wuhan Research Institute. |

Li-Peng Chou
Director of Software
Engineering |
| |
Li Peng-Chou, Director, SW Engineering brings to ANDA over 31
years of experience in the telecommunications software and networking
industries. Prior to working at ANDA, Li-Peng was a senior manager with Lucent
Technologies developing software for their Octel VM messaging platforms. Prior
to Lucent, he was at Bell Labs/Bell Northern Research as a Member of Technical
Staff and at Sperry Univac as a Design Engineer. Li-Peng completed his BS
Mathematics from Tunghai University, Taiwan and his MS Computer Science from the
University of Kansas. |
