Sunnyvale, CA – August 6, 2010 –
ANDA Networks, the leader in carrier-class access platforms for wireline networks and mobile data backhaul applications, today announced the appointment of Tracy Tang as its new Principal Accounting Executive. As part of the new appointment, Tang will report to President and Chief Executive Officer Charles Kenmore, who will assume interim Chief Financial Officer responsibilities following the recent departure of former CFO Robert Tick. In her new role, Tang – who is the current corporate controller – will manage accounting, staff finance, and other controller-related activities for the company.
Tang has been with ANDA since 2008 and has been a certified public accountant, licensed in California, for the past six years. Prior to ANDA, she held technical accounting roles at Magma Design Automation, Deloitte Touche, Sandisk Corporation, and Telmax Communication Corporation (acquired by Symmetricom). Tang also has hands-on experience in technical accounting, SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley, budgeting and analysis, international consolidation, cost accounting and general ledger accounting. With the new appointment, Kenmore will retain prime financial responsibility and oversee relations with the financial investor and banking community. Kenmore previously was concurrently CEO and CFO of ANDA Networks.
“Tracy has been a valued ANDA financial executive and has the confidence of the management team, board of directors, and outside auditors,” said Kenmore. “ANDA is evolving as an organization and I am confident that by leveraging the financial experience of Tracy Tang, we will continue to move ANDA forward into its next chapter.”
