Our Service Commitment:  We put our service commitment in writing for you.  Our EtherCARE™ service plans provide you a contract-based bundled set of service elements that complement our standard Warranty on newly purchased EtherTone™ products.  All EtherCARE™ service plans provide network-wide support that value-add your use of ANDA’s EtherTone™ products in your network.  An EtherCARE™ service contract is your guarantee of superior service level assurance for all EtherTone™ products.  Service plans are offered at varying levels including custom plans to exactly suit your network needs.  EtherCARE™ service plans are flexible, yet comprehensive, and offer variations within each available plan.

 

Our EtherElements™ portfolio of service elements makes many individual service elements available to you on a per-incident basis.  Every EtherCARE™ service plan allows you to enjoy the benefits of ACCeSS, providing your support staff with online access to up-to-the-minute technical information and software for all EtherTone™ products – wherever and whenever you need it.
